Pete Muller and I were in South Africa during the 2010 FIFA World Cup to produce a documentary series and film about the cultural importance and significance of soccer in township South Africa. Kids
There is no doubt but that kids are cute. It’s generally not too tough, therefore, to capture that quality as a photographer. They are also little men and women and when intertwined (sometimes literally) with their parents, there is an amazing sense of life and evolution. I attempted to do all of this by getting down to their level and shooting wide.
